NOTE: if you are making a purchase from outside the EU, you may have to pay additional import duty.

We use the services of GLS and DHL to deliver your order. GLS and DHL are leading logistics companies in the Netherlands and offer a complete package of transport services, including parcel, freight and express services. Real-time track & trace of shipments and a very low damage rate. In cooperation with GLS and DHL, we aim to have orders delivered on working days before 5:00 PM according to the delivery times below.

If a shipment does not arrive on time, please contact our Customer Service so that together we can see why the shipment is delayed.

RETURN

Circle of Gentlemen strives for high quality in the manufacture and packaging of its items. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. Is it not quite what you expected? No problem! At Circle of Gentlemen you can easily return or exchange your purchases online. The new item will be sent as soon as the returned item has been received and assessed.

If you want to return or exchange an item, we must have received this return within 14 days of the day of purchase. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. When returning items, the item must be returned complete and in its original condition and packaging. We only accept returns of items that have been purchased through our web store. If Circle of Gentlemen has a promotion involving multiple items, the promotional price will be cancelled when returning one of the promotional items.

You will have to pay full price for the other items. Circle of Gentlemen is free to accept returned items outside the aforementioned period. Circle of Gentlemen does not accept returns of damaged items and/or packaging or items with the labels removed. If you receive an item with a label missing, we advise you to inform us immediately if you want to return the item. We also advise you to check the order after receipt, before removing the labels.

If you want to return or exchange an item, we must have received the shipment within 14 days of the day of purchase. Please include your order or invoice number. You can send your return to: COG B.V., Baronieweg 13, 5321 JV Hedel, Netherlands. We kindly ask you to report the return or exchange by sending an e-mail to customerservice@circleofgentlemen.com .

Circle of Gentlemen is not liable for items that are returned. Make sure your return item is carefully packed in the original packaging. Do you want to be sure that your return shipment is not lost? Send your return through a parcel service that provides a tracking number.

Refund

You will be refunded within 5 working days after your return has been received and assessed by us. The amount of all correctly returned items will be refunded to your credit card or bank account.
